Nanaimo Travellers Lodge
is home to 90 people with dementia where the emphasis is on creating a
place that feels like home. With lots of family pictures, Shadow
the resident cat, colourful decorations, antique furniture and views
into the great gardens, the staff have created a warm and cozy
atmosphere.
Our Mission Nanaimo Travellers Lodge is a non-profit organization that has been operating in the Vancouver Island community since 1979. The facility was founded by the Nanaimo Travellers Lodge Society whose members belong to the Associated Canadian Travellers.
